G’day — I’m Thomas.
I’m a straight-talking counsellor for blokes (and anyone else) who keeps copping it from anger, stress or those big, ugly emotions that feel too heavy to carry solo.
Maybe the court’s pointed you my way. Maybe your partner’s at breaking point. Maybe you’ve just had enough of feeling wound-up and worn-out. Whatever the reason, I’m here to give you a breather, clear the head-noise and map out a game plan that actually sticks.
We can yarn online, stretch the legs on a walk, grab a coffee, or bunker down in a quiet office—whatever helps you feel safe, heard and ready to get on top of things.

Hello, I’m Anna - a Christian counsellor who works with people from all walks of life — with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your healing process. My focus is on you and what you need to move forward — toward healing, growth, and clarity.
I use a personalised, integrated approach to help shift unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. I regularly support people with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, boundaries, and life changes.
I also offer harp therapy — a calming, gentle way to support breathwork, brain function, and emotional balance.
